We’re not actually dead, but I’ve got a major event coming to a head this week. Instead of a Wednesday post, join me tomorrow night for the Hagey Lecture, presented by Oxford historian Dr. Margaret MacMillan. The lecture is “Choice or Accident: The Outbreak of World War One” and promises to be pretty amazing. Also, snacks.
The lecture is on Thursday, Sept 19 at 8pm, and will be held at Hagey Hall at the University of Waterloo. Attendance is free, but parking sadly isn’t. It’ll also be up on Youtube in the next few weeks, and I’ll make sure that gets linked here.
